The ultimate decision to accept a client, open a bank account, or onboard an investor rests solely and exclusively with the compliance and management departments of the respective financial institutions. Tigur Consulting accepts no liability if a financial institution rejects a client’s application. - Third-Party Referrals & Privacy
Any introductions to third-party asset managers or family offices are made solely as a courtesy and only after receiving the client’s explicit consent to share their contact details. Tigur Consulting does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the services, actions, or omissions of these independent third parties. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tigur Consulting and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, financial losses, loss of profits, or banking restrictions) arising from the use of the information or introductions provided. In any event, the total aggregate liability of Tigur Consulting for any claim shall be strictly limited to the exact amount of the fee paid by the client for the specific consultation.
